RecOps On Demand was founded by Laura Holcombe, a Recruitment Operations consultant and certified Ashby Expert with over six years’ experience helping high-growth technology companies build scalable hiring infrastructure.

Laura specialises in designing recruitment operations that enable teams to hire efficiently as they scale — combining hiring process design, reporting, systems architecture, and enablement to create structured, high-performing hiring environments.

Her experience spans end-to-end Ashby implementations, recruitment process redesign, hiring analytics, interviewer frameworks, and reporting transformation across startup, scale-up, and enterprise organisations.
